Actor Bruce Willis and wife Emma Heming are shedding their East Coast life to become full California transplants. They have already listed a 22-acre retreat an hour from Manhattan, initially for $13 million but the price has come down to $9.5 million.

Now another of their properties is on the market, still technically in the East Coast time zone but much further south. Located in the very private Parrot Cay island within the Turks and Caicos, the seven-acre property would beat all other local sales if it sells for $33 million. The current record holder is a $27.5 million sale nearby, as the Wall Street Journal reported.
